The Clash – Live in Paris 1980

Happy birthday to the late, great Joe Strummer who would have been 61 today. A true Hall of Famer, Strummer was one of the shining lights of rock and roll, a brave soul who wasn’t afraid to say what was on his mind, using his platform as a musician to call for social and political change. You can read some of his great quotes here. He left the world too early, only 50 years old. So today we raise up a pint for Joe with a clip from the Clash playing Paris in 1980 that is pulsing with life. Cheers!
