No – Door Wide Open – Song of the Day

Today marks the release of NO’s debut album El Prado on the Arts and Crafts label. The band from Los Angeles’ Echo Park district has a sound that may remind you alternately of Joy Division or Leonard Cohen or perhaps their east-side compatriots Airborne Toxic Event. Their debut single “Door Wide Open” has launched the band into the public eye. Look for a lengthy tour to follow.
