Today back in 1926, Georege Gershwin’s musical “Oh Kay” premiered In New York. Gershwin died from a brain tumor when he was only only 38 years old, but in his short life crafted some of the most well known songs of the modern era including “Rhapsody in Blue,” “Porgy and Bess,” and “An American in Paris.” The sound, we think you we agree, is unmistakeable.
