in CARPE DIEM, Song of the Day

Tom Yorke of Radiohead (and Atoms for Peace) turns 46 today. It’s hard to imagine that it’s been more than 20 years since Radiohead released their first single “Creep” back in 1992. Through it all, Thom Yorke and company has crafted some fantastic musical textures, challenging us to go deep as the band has experimented with its sound, exploring different phases. Today’s song of the day is “Fake Plastic Trees” from Radiohead’s second album The Bends from 1995.
